MONTH AWAY STAY (MAS) rental rates are for the accommodation only, for two adults using one bedroom and do not include Utilities, Bed linen, Towels or Cleaning. MAS are subject to a minimum, 28 day rental period and MAS Terms and Conditions Apply.

The apartment overlooks a lively promenade with coffee shops, restaurants, bars, sailing boats, beach huts, a high tide shingle shore and low tide rock pools and sandy safe beaches located directly across the road.

ACCESSIBILITY

The apartment is located on the top (fourth) floor of an Edwardian period seafront building.
The building's entrance lobby can be accessed either by 8 stairs up from the seafront (with handrail) or the level ramp access provided at the rear of the building.
A small and reliable lift provides access to all floors of the building. The property can also be accessed by four flights of stairs from the lobby.
This property would not be suitable for wheelchair users or persons unable to evacuate independently from the fourth floor via the stair case in the unlikely event that emergency evacuation is required
